Supplements, Do you need them?

 

Can you avoid supplements?

Yes.


How?

Eat a balanced diet of organic food or whole food.


But, this can be expensive though.  





Why the usage of supplements starts very recently?

 

The food intake which dense with nutrients which were free from any chemicals can evidence this by our great grandparents or grandparents.  

Now, supplements become an add-on to your plate because you may not get all the nutrients required by your body via your diet. 

Some vitamins are produced by the body such as D, K and Biotin and the others have to be provided to the body only through our food such A, B, C, D, E, K and B.


 


When and how often should we take supplements?

 

Preferably every day. However, always consult your doctor to know your body requirement.

But, if you feel that supplements are way more expensive and don’t meet your budget, I would suggest you take alternate days.    

If not, take whenever your energy levels are low, you feel stressed, tired, exhausted and not able to focus.

I would recommend it’s always better to choose real foods rather than supplements. But, it’s your personal opinion and your body requirement.
