Water Therapy is the key to Stay Healthy!!

What’s The Water Therapy?


Water therapy is one of the famous Japanese practices that help with weight loss and fitness.

It includes drinking warm water early in the morning that helps in removing toxins from the stomach and improves health, thereby making the body energetic. (Nutritionist Victoria Udoh)



                                                                           

Guidelines To Follow During Water Therapy:

  • No alcohol or smoking while doing water therapy as this will lead to dehydration as well
  • Avoid caffeine or limit to 2 glasses per day
  • Don’t stand and eat or drink as it hinders the digestion process
  • Chew your food properly before gulping it down as it helps in better digestion of food

    Don’t do this water therapy extensively. 

    Drinking water excessively in a short time can lead to overhydration.

    It’s caused by hyponatremia or low salt levels in your blood due to salt being diluted by excessive fluid.
