Is It Safe For a Diabetic To Eat Fruits?

Diabetes people or patient are too concerned about eating fruits because they are worried that consuming fruits will elevate their sugar level.

Best fruit for diabetic people!!

I opine every fruit is right for you as long as you eat them within your cabs budget.

But, still avoid fruits with added sugar such as canned fruits, dried fruits, fruit juices due to high carbohydrate content.

These fruits also less stomach-filling compared to the whole and real fruits.

How many fruits can you eat?

Recommended daily fruits intake is 2-3 servings.

It is essential to remember that one serving of fruit should contain about 15 g of carbs.
